Dale is a third generation Greenville native. She spent 20+ years as a real estate legal assistant working with builders, buyers and sellers, giving her knowledge of the complete real estate transaction.

Professional agents

Dale has been a licensed REALTOR since 1983. She is active in her community and with her church, especially the choir. Dale spends her spare time on her land enjoying country living. She is wife to a retired eletrical engineer, mom, stepmom and Nana to six grandchildren.

Dale believes whether buying or selling, everyone deserves the most professional agent to handle the transaction. Dale holds the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation and the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. She is a registered real estate broker. She attends continuing education and realtor development classes on a regular basis.
